Children Policy
Children of all ages are allowed.
Children up to 6 years old are accommodated free of charge when using the existing beds in the room.
Children 2 yrs old and under stay for free when using an available crib.
Extra beds
No extra beds are available.
No pets allowed.
Payment Policy
A 40% deposit is required in order to guarantee your reservation upon booking. The
full amount of the booking has to be paid upon arrival at the hotel’s reception. In case
of non-valid credit card the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation with no
previous notice.
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 10 days before
arrival.
Non shows will be charged at 100% of booking value!
All taxes are included.

We allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method.
Grace Period
No fees charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
Guest Address Details
Guests do not have to provide their address details when they book
Guest Phone Number
Guests must provide a valid phone number when they book
House Rules
Smoking is allowed only in the open areas.
Children under 14 years old are not allowed to use the elevator without the presence
of an adult.
Children under 10 years old are allowed to use the playground, only under the custody
of their parents.
Quiet hours are between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
